Up at the top of the Tour Montparnesse, I spotted this cemtary. I had hoped to get to one of the cemetaries, but wasn't making it a priority stop for our trip.
We got back down to street level and oriented ourselves based on what we'd seen from above. A few wrong turns later, maybe a little extra walking time in there, too, we found ourselves in the cemetary.
It was so serene and a really nice monument to those who have passed on. The grandeur of what we saw was overwhelming for both of us. Though hesitant at first to go to the cemetary, Isabella really enjoyed looking at all of the graves and the park-like lanes that border the graves.
There were people tending to the graves, some just sitting and others walking through like us taking it all in.
